The Hills are Alive (again) with Freezepop!

Omigod you guys, so much has happened on The Hills since they decided to feature The Takeover UK's song, Ah La La a few episodes ago! Whitney is moving to New York, Heidi and Spencer got liquored up and tied the knot in Mexico, and Lauren is trying to take all of this in without tearing up on camera.

The season finale is right around the corner and our very own Freezepop are going to help everyone get through all of the drama! The synth-pop trio's song "Frontload" will be featured on Monday's season finale episode of The Hills. It airs on December 22nd at 10pm on MTV so don't forget to tune your keytars, and tune in!

Like what you hear on The Hills? You can get the latest from Freezepop, a remix EP entitled Form Activity Motion, here and here.

Music For Your Ears, Treats For Your Tummy

The holidays are right around the corner, and Ryko/Cordless artists couldn't be more in the spirit of helping you ring them in! A few of our favorite artists teamed up with Rhapsody to share their "Rock Star Recipes" for when it's cold outside, and all you want is something warm in your belly.

Check out the scrumptious suggestions from Jupiter One, Freezepop, Notorious MSG, and Cordless newcomers, Callen Sisters, below. Mmmm now you get to turn up the volume AND the stove!

If you haven't gotten your fill of Elf Power by February, don't stress out. If you are in the New York area, you will still have a chance to catch them at a very special show on March 11, 2009 at Carnegie Hall. Vic Chesnutt, backed by Elf Power, will be a part of a 20-artist performance of the R.E.M. catalogue! R.E.M. and Elf Power share the hometown of Athens, Georgia along with many of the other artists on this awesome bill.
