Ryko Artists Performing on Cayamo 2011

Megan recently wrapped up shows with Amos Lee and Matt Nathanson and this past weekend she played the Nashville Pride Festival, which drew a crowd of over 18,000.

Justin Currie is set to appear on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson tonight, June 17th, as part of Currie’s current tour of the U.S., which began earlier this month. The fellow Scotsman will perform “You’ll Always Walk Alone” from his newly released, critically acclaimed album, The Great War.


Allison Moorer on The Late Show with David Letterman

Allison Moorer will be performing on The Late Show with David Letterman TONIGHT! Following her recent appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Tavis Smiley, Allison will be stopping by Letterman to perform "When You Wake Up Feeling Bad" from her critically acclaimed album, Crows. A stripped down version of the track kicks off her recently released digital EP, Crows Acoustic.


Megan McCormick on Tour This Summer!

Ryko is proud to announce Megan McCormick's summer tour dates. Singer/songwriter/guitarslinger Megan McCormick releases her debut album Honest Words on August 17th. Megan has recently toured with Amos Lee, Alejandro Escovedo, and Matt Nathanson.

She will be playing a string of dates this summer, including a date this week with Carrie Rodriguez, next week with Amy LaVere and at Nashville's Pride Festival in Riverfront Park June 19th.

Seasick Steve's "The Banjo Song" Featured in Jonah Hex

Seasick Steve's "The Banjo Song," from his critically acclaimed album Man From Another Time, is featured in the upcoming movie Jonah Hex. The film stars Josh Brolin, John Malkovich and Megan Fox and is based on the character from the DC Comics. Check out the movie in theaters on June 18th!


Golden Smog Limited Edition Vinyl Out Now

A limited edition run of supergroup Golden Smog's 1994 debut, Down By The Old Mainstream, is out today on 2x vinyl via Ryko Analogue.

The group, which is comprised of Jeff Tweedy (Wilco), Gary Louris & Mark Perlman (The Jayhawks), Dan Murphy (Soul Asylum), Kraig Johnson (Run Westy Run) and Noah Levy (Honeydogs), recorded Mainstream in 1994 in only five days. It was made up mostly of original songs written specifically for the project. The songs on the album revealed a fun, spirited sensibility … allowing the band members to let loose from their day jobs.
